This is a beautiful house with lots of character in a student friendly neighborhood. There are 6 bedrooms and three recently remodeled full baths. One bedroom has private bath. The living-room and kitchen have been remodeled into a combined... great-room.

The house features hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms, front porch, hammock, porch swing, and private fenced yard with fire pit. There is "Tiki-hut" with bar in the back yard. Pets are welcome. The house is on a corner lot and there is plenty of parking.

Managed and maintained by owner. I live within a couple of blocks and respond quickly to requests for repairs. Happy tenants make good tenants. Testimonials from former tenants are available upon request. The rent is all you pay; no hidden fees. Most tenants get 100% of the security deposit refunded when they move out. Tenants often pass my houses on to their friends.
