Roomate needed for apartment, Close to campus

Section of historical home from the 1920s to share with male roommate. House is a short two-
block walk from the Mason Gate (next to Mason Street Parking Deck). You can be on campus in
five minutes.
House for rent consists of a large parlor, a full... kitchen, a full bath, and two private bedrooms. It
is completely separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance. You would have one
bedroom to yourself. The kitchen has a stove, oven, full refrigerator, and microwave. There’s
also a laundry washer and dryer. You will need to sign a lease for one year with the landlord and
another sublease with the current tenant. The approximate size of the house section is around
800 square feet. Rent is $450 per month and $100 per month for utilities ($550 total). You must
be a JMU student to rent and should have proof of this.
The current tenant is a quiet, low-key person who is looking for a reasonably quiet fellow tenant
who’s a serious student. There will be no parties and no large gatherings of people. If you’re a
loud person who wants to throw parties every night, this isn’t for you. If you’re easy to get along
with and respect other people’s space and property, you’re ideal.
