Great spacious rooms with private bathrooms and continuously improving areas through the entire building, only downside is the “VIP parking” if you don’t want to walk up stairs/hill every time you come back.

865 is a great place to begin your home home ownership it’s cheap and roomy and it’s pet friendly which is rare to find at a good price nowadays .865 also hosts several even so you can’t get comfy fast and get to know your souroundings

865 Apartment is generally very clean, there are weekly elevator problems, and random additional charges every month on rent. They also have a horrible parking situation. It’s $60 a month to park in front of your building.

The staff is very approachable and extremely kind and helpful. They respond to emails in a timely manner. Added security is a huge plus, and the building is kept very clean!
