Altitude | NEW Phase 2

I just graduated, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. This is a re-let, so your rent payments will be made directly to The Altitude. The lease runs from February 1, 2024–July 15, 2024, with an optional Fall 2024 extension.

This is a... brand NEW, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment on the 4th floor with a private terrace facing the woods. It’s located in Phase 2 of The Altitude, which, unlike Phase 1, has plenty of parking spaces. The building includes a secured entranceway, a well-lit parking lot, and an elevator.

The spacious bedroom has a large picture window (with shades,) plenty of natural light, a full-sized bed, several movable under-bed cabinets, a nightstand, a large desk with a comfortable chair, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tiled shower and seat.

This unit also features 9-foot ceilings, a large living room with a sofa and two chairs (one leather,) granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, lots of kitchen cabinet space, an in-home washer and dryer, high-speed Internet, and a convenient trash chute. Plus, it’s close to the elevator, so getting groceries in and out of the building is super easy. My current roommate is a male sophomore at JMU and is very quiet and respectful. Add $100/mo. for utilities, high-speed internet, and a package locker.
