I absolutely love living here! The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels very safe. Management and maintenance are always friendly and quick to respond, which makes a huge difference. The amenities are clean and well kept, and my apartment is spacious and comfortable. I’m so happy I chose this place.

I’ve had an amazing experience living here. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely supportive. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of.
Overall, this has been a great place to live during my time in school, and I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a positive housing experience.

This complex is in such a great location and it's connected to the JMU arboretum which is even better. The property is very well kept and the management team is incredibly welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Best Housing Choice!

My sister is planning to move in next year and my friends all live here with me now & we’ve had a great time so far. Maintenance is really quick to respond to maintenance requests. The fitness center has some decent equipment upgrades. Definitely been a good choice. Already planning to stay another year.

Love living here! The place is always clean, the neighbors are great, and the staff is super friendly and quick to help. The amenities are solid, the vibe is relaxed, and it just feels like home. Definitely recommend if you want easy, comfortable living with good energy!
