Rent is just $625/room, with electricity and water included (monthly caps apply). Plus, your condo comes furnished! You’ll need a one-month security deposit to lock it in.

Campus View is super close to JMU's bus line and bikeable if you’re feeling active. We’re also pet-friendly—just no aggressive breeds or puppies under 1 year. Got more than one pet? Hit us up before you apply! Pet deposit is $500 (refundable, yay!).

The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
