Our Campus View Apartment helps you to truly enjoy the view. It is ground-level, fully furnished, secluded, and actually overlooks the pool, hot tub, stone fireplace and clubhouse!
In the summertime, hang out by the fully-gated pool or at the... hammock lounge. In the fall, relax under the pavilion. If you’re active and love sports, our basketball court or sand volleyball court might become your favorite place to be. Our amenities package is built into your monthly rent, so you’ll have access to all these amenities and more with NO ADDITIONAL FEES!

Hardwood vinyl common area flooring and galley kitchen with full appliance line-up (refrigerator, dishwasher, range with a self-cleaning oven, and microwave). Our furniture package is also built into your monthly rent – both bedroom furniture (a queen-sized bed, nightstand, desk, dresser) and common area furniture (5-piece dining table set, 3-piece coffee table set, leather sectional couch, oversized chair and entertainment stand) complete the space.
Your rent includes utilities, your own private locking bedroom and bathroom.

Campus View is located right by JMU off of Reservoir St. Campus View offers one-level living with four bedrooms, private bathroom in each bedroom, with walk-in closets! Each Condo has an open concept living area and a balcony/patio. Campus View comes with a Hammock area, Pool, Grill and patio area, 24/7 gym, volleyball court, basketball court, and a clubhouse.
