Hello! I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my lease starting January 2026. I live in a 4-bedroom house within walking distance of downtown and campus, with 1 girl, 2 guys, and 3 cats. It is a cozy house with... a front porch, sunroom, backyard, woodstove (so nice in the winter), shed/basement for storage, ample parking, and amazing landlords.
The rent is $560 + utilities ranging from $50-100 depending on heat/ac/electric usage. My bedroom is the largest and nicest in the house and includes:
• Built in desk
• Walk in closet
• Personal bathroom in bedroom
• Personal balcony overlooking backyard and JMU baseball field (I love bringing friends over to sit on the balcony or in the grass to watch baseball games because there is a perfect view of the field)
• Tons of sunlight from sunrise to sunset
