My name is Harper Peterson. I am moving out 12/15/2024 from my apartment in Squire Hill due to graduation, and am looking for someone to takeover my lease!! We are... on the end of the row and it’s highway facing so it is quieter and more serene than facing the busy parking lot/being in the middle of other townhomes. The room is on the top floor, (biggest in the house!) with a private bathroom, full bed, desk and chair, side table, stackable dressers, spacious closet and is in excellent, clean condition. Located on Devon lane and under a 5 minute drive from campus. Rent currently is $649/month plus utilities. Wifi, garbage removal, parking included in rent!

The apartment has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, in-unit washer and dryer, central AC/heat, and is fully furnished.

The complex is pet friendly (3 pet max, one roommate has a small, dog and human-friendly Beagle so 2 additional animals allowed), with a dog park, pool and year-round hot tub, gym, clubhouse, 24/7 maintenance, and other amenities.
**If you are planning to bring a dog, please make sure they are dog-friendly!**

You would be living with 3 other roommates, all women. They are all very kind, quiet, clean, respectful and easy to live/get along with. The other room on the top floor is going to be vacant as well. If you have someone in mind you'd like to live with as well, let me know and that can be arranged!
