I am moving out 12/15/2025 from my apartment in Squire Hill and am looking to sublet my room as soon as possible following 12/14.
We are on the end of the row and it’s highway facing so it is quieter and more serene than facing the busy parking... lot/being in the middle of other townhomes. The room is on the top floor, (biggest in the house!) with a private bathroom, full bed, desk and chair, side table, stackable dressers, spacious closet and is in excellent, clean condition. Located on Devon lane and under a 5 minute drive from campus. Rent is $649/month plus utilities(electric: $36-50/person, water: $5-15/person). The complex is pet friendly (3 pet max, but one roommate has a dog so 2 still allowed), with a pool, gym, clubhouse, 24/7 maintenance, and other amenities.
You would be living with 3 other female roommates. They are all very kind, quiet, respectful and easy to live/get along with.
