Sublet - one room in The Harrison Apartments

I just graduated and am re-letting my apartment at the Harrison. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with individual leases for roommates available starting 1/19 (starting date negotiable!) at $424 per month.
✨ Apartment Features:
Roommates are...
friends of mine, 3 other people, all are trans men or nonbinary. Our apartment is queer affirming, neurodivergent affirming, mostly introverted but social and kind. Two roommates are current students (academic senior and junior) and one recently graduated, going into grad school. (Any gender applicant is welcome, the lease is co-ed)
This unit is in the building closest to the leasing office (and pool), first floor, and across from the tour apartment (meaning less noise from neighbors, because no one actually lives there lol).
I’ve loved living here, the only reason for moving is because of moving out of Harrisonburg.
💰 Rent: $424 (special rate, as I was a renewal from a previous year
💡 Utilities Included: yes w/ a limit
📅 Available From: 1/19 (negotiable)
