The Altitude was exactly what I have always been looking for. I have lived in numerous different properties and have never found any that come close to The Altitude. Not only is the staff extremely helpful when it comes to any type of issue, but the space has all updated appliances and is so beautiful. I get fresh lighting every day and have never had any problems. The parking is great and they are happy to host my cat! I cannot recommend it enough! Amazing price, quality furnishings, and I always feel at home here. Also I love the amenities.

Best Off Campus Apartments Near JMU!
Me and my roommates have lived at The Altitude for the entirety of our college years. We received excellent service from everyone in the front office, had work orders completed within the hour, and loved the modern furnishings in our unit. The only reason we moved out was because we graduated and left Harrisonburg. Even after move out we received our full deposits back. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of an apartment.

I have enjoyed every second of my stay at the Altitude. The amenities, study rooms, and camaraderie were amazing. The managers and employees helped me quickly and always responded when I was concerned. Also, the leasing professional, Molly, has been especially quick with my concerns and my parents. Loved living here
I lived in the phase 2 building in a one bedroom, and it was the nicest apartment I've lived in. It is super modern, and I love the amenities here. The staff is also so nice and very helpful with anything I needed.

Best Place to Live!!
I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life at The Altitude. managed by CLS Living. The staff is friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have had an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from The Altitude for the remainder of my years in Harrisonburg VA, and I strongly recommend their property to all of the incoming students, or business professionals looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with CLS Living, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!
