4 bedroom apartment with nice roommates. Good sized living space, kitchen, and patio. The unit is ground level. The room being offered has one big window that looks at a hill which I found nice because no one walks by there so it's nice and private.... Room is next to bathroom and washer/dryer which was nice. Bathroom shared with one other person in the next room. The room comes furnished with a bed/mattress, dresser, and a desk/chair. There is good storage space under the bed. The closet was very spacious and had an upper shelf.

There is almost always parking available near the unit. You would have a pass, I didn't ever have too much trouble finding a spot. Some visitor parking as well near the unit and also up at the main office.
