Two bedroom, two bathroom off-campus housing that's great for JMU students!

I am looking for someone to assume my lease at 1380J Hunter's Ridge. I had to withdraw from school for medical reasons and my roommate got off the waitlist for off-campus housing, so the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is available. You also can choose... to rent only 1 bedroom. The unit is available for the entire academic year (which may not be clear given that Rocktown Realty is advertising the listing on its "Lease Assignments" page). Rent is $800/room.
