Hello! My name is Madelyn Jamison and I am looking for someone to sublease my room in Southview Apartments from January-July 2026. I live with 3 amazing girls who are very tidy and fun. My roommates are very friendly and love meeting new people and... having friends over. This apartment is fully furnished and already has all of the necessities needed to live here. You will have access to a private bedroom and bathroom that can be locked. There is also a shared living room, kitchen, balcony, and dining area. The apartment is fully renovated and includes stainless-steel appliances, garbage disposal, and in-unit laundry. In addition, Southview Apartments offers many community amenities, including a pool, private study spaces for students, fitness room, gaming lounge, free/visitor parking, and a clubhouse. Southview also offers many community events and services.

There are 2 bus stops located directly outside the apartment. Both the green and black bus lines run frequently to these stops, making it very easy to get to-and-from campus without a car. Additionally, there is free parking if you have a car, and campus is within a 10-minute drive.

This apartment is located within walking distance to a small shopping center, which includes a Food Lion, sit-down restaurants, and various fast-food restaurants including Dunkin' and McDonalds.
