A private bedroom is available in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse at Squire Hill Apartments, conveniently located near JMU.

Although this is a 3-bedroom townhouse, only two... residents will occupy the entire unit. The third bedroom is not occupied by another roommate, so you will be sharing the townhouse with only one current roommate. This provides significantly more space and privacy than a typical 3-bedroom shared apartment.

The room will be available for move-in around [September 6, 2026], and the current lease runs through July 24, 2027. Monthly base rent is $900, with utilities paid separately.

This is an official lease reassignment/relet through Squire Hill management, not an informal private sublease. The incoming resident will complete the application, approval, and reassignment process directly with the Squire Hill leasing office.

I am looking for a replacement resident due to an unexpected change in my academic plans. A move-in incentive may be available for someone who can take over the lease quickly.
